Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your PUKI pieces. If you need to request a return or exchange, please read the following policy carefully before sending your item back.

Please contact us before returning any item.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


1. Return Window

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment within the timeframe specified on our website.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Important: Items with removed or detached tags are strictly non-refundable, even if returned.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.


3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to personal reasons, such as sizing or style preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item, damaged item, or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Customs Declaration

International returns shipped back to China are treated as a new import by customs. To help ensure smooth customs clearance and avoid unnecessary import taxes, please follow the instructions below carefully.

Declaration Type

Please declare the shipment as Returned Goods or Sample.

Declared Value

Please declare the item value as USD $10–15.
Do not declare the original order amount.

Item Description

  • Returned apparel

Quantity

Please declare 1 piece.

Please avoid detailed or sensitive descriptions such as “coat,” “wool coat,” “fur,” or similar terms.

If import taxes or duties are incurred due to incorrect or non-compliant customs declarations, the resulting fees may be deducted from the refund or borne by the customer.

The contact phone number must be clearly written on the shipping label. Packages cannot be collected if a contact phone number is missing.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before shipping.


8. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

9. Global 15-Day Return Window

We accept return requests from all eligible countries and regions within 15 days of delivery. Returned items must meet all return eligibility conditions listed above.


10. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
