1. Worldwide Shipping Times

Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.

Please note that customs processing time (approximately 7–10 business days) is not included in the estimated delivery timeframe.

Delivery times are estimates only and apply to metro areas. Shipping timelines are provided by our courier partners and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

During sale periods or peak seasons, please allow additional time for order processing and delivery.

Delivery Method Notice

Orders are generally delivered directly to the recipient’s address.
Please ensure that your contact phone number is correct and reachable, and that you pay attention to delivery calls, messages, or notifications from the courier.

If door-to-door delivery is not available or not accepted at your address, delivery may be arranged according to the local courier’s policy, such as:

  • Pickup from a designated self-service pickup point, or

  • Scheduling a delivery appointment via the courier’s local system or mobile app.

Korea Shipping Requirement (Important)

For orders shipped to South Korea, customers are required to provide:

  • A real full name in Korean (Hangul), matching the recipient’s identification

  • A valid Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC / 개인통관고유부호)

This information is mandatory for customs clearance in South Korea.
Orders with missing, incorrect, or mismatched information may be delayed, held by customs, or returned, and any resulting fees or consequences will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please make sure all information is entered accurately at checkout to avoid delivery issues.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Asia Standard Shipping: USD $10

  • Standard Shipping (Worldwide): USD $15

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over USD $200

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination.


3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

4. Delivery Responsibility

Once the parcel has been accepted by the postal courier for delivery, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are unable to take responsibility for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address details

  • Courier delays

  • Lost, missing, or stolen packages

  • Failed delivery attempts by the courier

If there is an issue with your delivery after dispatch, please contact the courier service directly using the tracking information provided.


5. International Duties and Taxes

Duties, taxes, and other customs fees are calculated based on the declared value of the parcel and the destination country’s regulations.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery.

We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Certain shipping carriers may withhold delivery until all required customs payments have been received.
