✓ Full name in Korean (Last name + First name)
✓ Korean mobile phone number
✓ Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC, P + 12 digits)
✓ 5-digit postal code
✓ Shipping address

If your address has changed due to moving, please update your PCCC registration information before placing an order.

If the above information does not match your PCCC registration details, customs clearance may be delayed by approximately 7–14 business days due to customs verification procedures.

Foreign residents in Korea must provide the name and all relevant information exactly as registered under their PCCC.
